ATP recently hired Hillel Korin as director of development, to help lead fundraising efforts around the organization's 25th anniversary in 2019.

"We're excited to work with Hillel in the coming year, as we scale up our efforts in order to sustain our program growth in Armenia," explains Executive Director Jeanmarie Papelian. "Hillel is a seasoned professional and we are looking forward to introducing new programs around donor stewardship, naming opportunities, and expansion to non-Armenian foundations and the global diaspora."

Hillel Korin has a distinguished background in resource development and consulting. He has over 40 years of experience and his fundraising expertise has benefited universities, independent schools, and organizations throughout the United States.

Mr. Korin received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1972 where he majored in history. He received his graduate education at the School of Jewish Communal Service at Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles. He was awarded an honorary degree by HUC in recognition of his outstanding service to the field in 2001.

A resident of Watertown, he has served on several non-profit boards, including the Jewish Major Leaguers, American Jewish Committee, New England Aquarium, and Hillel Foundation at Brandeis. He frequently speaks at conferences and seminars and has taught a course in fundraising at Northeastern University’s School of Professional and Continuing Education.
