Giving for the Future: The Impact of a Bequest

It’s Never Too Early or Too Late to Prepare Your Estate Plan

Making a gift to Armenia Tree Project through your will or living trust is one of the simplest ways to support our work. Bequests are essential to fulfilling ATP’s long term commitment to build a sustainable future while creating jobs and stimulating Armenia’s economy.

No mater how great or how modest your assets, bequests are opportunities to pledge a greater level of support in the future than might be possible during your lifetime.

In addition, bequest provisions are simple to establish and they help to ensure that your intentions are carried out quickly, with fewer complications for your family and loved ones.

How to Remember ATP in Your Will

The process of making a provision in your will for Armenia Tree Project is simple. You can include a charitable bequest when you create your will, or you may add or update a bequest later with a codicil.

It’s important to identify our organization precisely. By avoiding generalities in naming our charity, you alleviate confusion or possible litigation and help ensure that your donation makes a difference. Please call us with any questions, and we are happy to accommodate your wishes regarding anonymity.

Although it is not required, making us aware of your bequest is very helpful. By informing us of your wishes, we can recognize you today for your thoughtful generosity and better plan for ATP’s future.
